What does an AI chatbot cost?+
A chatbot can be part of the agreed scope. Our dashboard subscriptions start at €399 (Start), €799 (Growth) and €1,499 (Business) per month, excluding VAT. The agreed build, European dashboard hosting and maintenance are included, with no separate setup fee. Initial term 24 months; then cancellable monthly. Scope, integrations and usage determine the proposal. External licences and usage are agreed separately in advance.
What does an AI voice agent cost?+
A voice agent is quoted by scope and is not included by default in every dashboard plan. Setup, integrations, call minutes and AI usage are quoted in advance. See the pricing page for our dashboard subscriptions and discuss which phone features fit your proposal.
Are there hidden costs?+
You receive the scope, monthly fee and agreed usage limits in advance. External software licences, paid API access, telephony, WhatsApp and AI usage may be charged separately. New modules or larger extensions are quoted in advance.
What is the ROI of AI automation?+
That depends on your current manual work, volumes and total costs. We estimate time savings before building and assess them after delivery. Time saved is not guaranteed payroll savings.
How long does implementation take?+
We agree the timeline in advance based on scope, system access, testing and feedback. The agreed build is part of the subscription; work starts after the proposal is approved.

What if I'm not satisfied?+
We agree functionality and acceptance criteria in advance and test the solution together. Acceptance and remediation arrangements are specified in your proposal. Existing agreements retain their own terms.
How is Utomatic different from other providers?+

Does it work with my current CRM/systems?+
Yes. We integrate with all common CRM systems, calendars, email and tools via APIs and webhooks — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Outlook, and more.
Is it GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. All data is processed within the EU. We do not train AI models on your business data. Full GDPR compliance with a data processing agreement.
How many languages does the AI support?+
Our AI works in 40+ languages. Dutch and English are fully optimized with native speech recognition.
Can the AI also make calls or only text?+
Both. Our AI voice agent holds phone conversations with natural voices, answers calls, schedules appointments and warm-transfers to your team.
