- This page covers Exact Online. Exact Globe+ and Synergy require a different technical and licensing approach.
- We determine the correct administration, available API resources and read/write permissions. Access is granted through the agreed authorisation, not by emailing an account password.
- App registration, authorisation, API limits and access renewal must fit the solution. An existing connector may be sufficient; custom development is not always necessary.

Do we need to replace Exact Online?
No. We first look at what your current software already supports and where an integration or dashboard adds value. Your administration stays in the agreed source system.
Can you connect our CRM or webshop?
We assess each combination. We need the product name, version, subscription and intended process, then check APIs, permissions, data and existing connectors. Different combinations support different actions.
Does this cover Exact Globe or Synergy?
This page specifically covers Exact Online. For Exact Globe+ or Synergy, we separately assess capabilities, licences and access. We do not promise the same connector will work.
What happens when data is wrong or a connection fails?
We agree validation, error alerts and ownership of exceptions. A workflow can hold incomplete data and ask a person to act. For repeated processing, we use agreed checks to prevent duplicate actions and test this before launch.
What does an integration with a dashboard cost?
