FAQ

Frequently asked questions about automated order entry

Which order formats can AI process?

Emails, PDF orders, Excel files, scans and fixed portals can be processed. For each sender, we define required fields and how they map to your TMS.

What happens when information is missing or unclear?

The order is never entered silently. The workflow flags the missing field, requests information when appropriate and sends the order to an employee for review.

Can this connect to our TMS or ERP?

Yes. We use the available API, import function or a controlled RPA connection. The integration is aligned with your fields, validation rules and user permissions.

How is processing controlled?

Every step is logged. Low confidence, unknown customers, unusual addresses and missing references can automatically be routed to human review.
